Phase 2

The restoration begins. Painted the grille black and the rear bumper. Next step it to start the painting process of the truck. Going with the original Almond color. I will be using a not so heard of roller method to paint the truck. It involves using Rustoleum paint and a roller to apply the paint. Thinning it out a little with Mineral Sprints and then wet sanding it after it dries. Take about 2-3 coats, but when done right, it looks like it was spayed on.
